We Offer the Following Commercial Wind Turbines
Proven Energy Wind Turbines
Providing robust, low maintenance electricity generation, Proven Energy’s internationally patented turbine has undergone rigorous testing at sites exposed to extreme conditions. Successfully installed in diverse climates, Proven Turbines are generating electricity in the extreme cold of the Arctic Circle and the deser t heat of Saudi Arabia.
Proven Energy produce a series of 3 turbines to offer sustainable energy solutions to a wide range of applications. With many years’ experience, we value the impor tance of intelligent site selection and can help you choose the right system for your needs. Proven Energy, and our distributors, offer a complete system ser vice, from site assessment and system design to supply, installation and maintenance.
PROVEN 6
Produces 6kW of power, suited to a wide range of clients. The Proven 6 will supply electricity to a standard 4 – 6 bedroom house (excluding heating), with the potential to sell excess electricity back to the national grid. Schools are using the Proven 6 to generate electricity as well as educate their students, and multiple turbines can be used to power offices or retail units (BP Ser vice Stations).

PROVEN 15
Available from Spring 2007, our largest model will produce 15kW. The Proven 15 will supply a 6 – 10 bedroom house, with the potential to sell excess electricity back to the National Grid, or supply a group of smaller houses. The Proven 15 is also ideal for commercial applications such as agriculture, larger telecoms towers, small industrial units and mini wind farms.

Gaia-Wind Turbines
Gaia-Wind manufactures wind turbines for light industrial, agricultural, commercial, municipal and residential use. Our clients include working farms, educational institutions, large home owners, offices and other commercial premises.
Gaia-Wind turbines incorporate over 20 years of Danish wind industry design experience and offer features that are usually only found in larger, utility scale turbines.
Gaia-Wind is also the only small wind turbine manufacturer to have achieved the Danish HB Standards. These certify compliance with rigorous quality, safety and performance requirements. Gaia Wind is also participating in an independent testing program conducted by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Colorado, where one of their turbines is undergoing five IEC-compliant tests. These activities will result in independently audited performance, noise, and duration data which we will add to our existing technical databases.
Gaia-Wind 133-11kW Wind Turbine
The Gaia-Wind turbine is in the ‘small wind turbine category’ and has a peak rated output of 11kW. It produces an energy yield that is practical for supplying electricity to properties such as farms, large residences, offices, small businesses and public buildings where the primary goal is to reduce the amount of electricity imported rather than generate specifically for export. The turbine has been developed according to ‘Danish design’; the design basis for most of the large commercial turbines used today. Like its bigger relatives, it has a slow rotational speed (61RPM) which remains constant regardless of the wind speed. It also incorporates many of the control and safety features found in larger utility-scale turbines.
